We strongly believe that our development should not be at the expense of the environment and future generations.That is why our commitment to sustainable development is integral to the concept of the hotel. We are very proud to be the first hotel in Quebec to have a full-time eco-councillor. She now directs most of our interventions in order tooptimize our resources : economic, environmental, equity and social.

Here are some examples of simple things that can make a difference:
• the hiring of young graduates
• creating partnerships with various local shops and artists
• our artisan soap factory supplies rooms and offers products exclusively vegetals with organic fragrance, animal fat-free, and 100% biodegradable
• recycling paper, plastic, glass and metal
• composting in our kitchens
• Organising eco-responsible events
• the possibility to our guests to offset the emissions of greenhouse gases produced during their stay through the purchase of tree (carbone-boréal project)
• Our commitment to the program Reser-Vert of the Association des Hoteliers du Québec
